Help to make a difference

Register Your Interest

WWCLT is a community-led housing project, and we encourage people who may be interested in a future CLT home to register their interest. This helps us plan homes that respond to real local need.

There are also opportunities for people to volunteer, support our work, or stay connected as the project develops.

Registration of Interest (ROI) form.

If you’re interested in becoming a potential Resident Member, the first step is to complete a Registration of Interest (ROI) form. Filling out the form doesn’t guarantee you a home and doesn’t commit you to anything - it simply adds your name to our list so we can keep you updated as housing opportunities arise. It also helps us understand what types and sizes of homes people are looking for, which is important for planning future projects.

Get Involved

It might sound simple, but joining our mailing list is one of the easiest and most effective ways to support the Waterfall Way CLT. By signing up, you’ll stay informed about upcoming events, project milestones and new opportunities to get involved. Every new subscriber helps us spread the word about community-led housing and build awareness of our local projects.

Get Involved

WWCLT is a community-driven, not-for-profit company - and we rely on local people and organisations to be part of it. Becoming a General Member means joining a network of people who care about affordable, community-led housing in the Bellingen Shire.

To be eligible, you’ll need to live locally or have strong ties to the area and support the purpose of the company. Members can be individuals or incorporated organisations (such as community groups).

General Members actively participate in General Meetings, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Special Resolution Meetings, and are eligible to nominate for Board positions.

Volunteer

Volunteering is a hands-on way to contribute to the work of the WWCLT and stay connected with your community. Whether it’s helping at events, assisting with community meetings or supporting local outreach, volunteers play a key role in creating inclusive and well-organised spaces for collaboration and learning. Your time and energy strengthen community connections, raise awareness of our mission and help bring our housing projects to life.
