WWCLT Celebrates Its First AGM and Launches New Website

The Waterfall Way Community Land Trust (WWCLT Ltd) has marked a major milestone with its inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on Friday 28th  November 2025.

It was wonderful to come together with members, supporters and friends to celebrate what has been a full and exciting first year for our community-led housing organisation.

At the AGM, we reflected on our achievements over the past year and shared highlights from the WWCLT 2024–25 Annual Report. We also celebrated the launch of our new website — a key resource for anyone interested in learning more about community land trusts and our work along the Waterfall Way. The site includes our Constitution, a plain English guide and a growing library of information sheets explaining how the CLT model works in practice.

Members also elected the 2026 WWCLT Board. This marks a key governance milestone, the transition from the Inaugural Board to the establishment of a Tripartite Board. We excitedly welcome Kiara Duggan, Iris Bergmann and Sharon Power as Interim Resident Directors, Ute Schulenberg and Bruce Levy as General Directors and Liz Jeremy, Cathy Thomas and Michael Darcy as Nominated Directors. There remains one casual vacancy for a General Director. We’re grateful to everyone who put their hand up to contribute their time, skills and energy to shaping the next chapter of WWCLT.

As we look ahead to 2026, our focus remains on developing secure, affordable and community-owned housing across the region. Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far — from our founding members to new supporters who share our vision for a fairer housing future.
