WWCLT Development Project Manager.

Help us build forever affordable homes

You’ve managed construction projects. Now help us make a real difference.

Too many people who keep our communities running can no longer afford to live in them. Waterfall Way Community Land Trust is building permanently affordable homes for locals on the NSW North Coast, so our diverse and inclusive communities can continue to thrive.

We’re looking for a Development Project Manager to take our demonstration site at Ferry Street, Urunga NSW from concept to keys in the door. The model has worked overseas for more than 50 years but is new to Australia, so you’ll be proving it for communities across the country. With Council on board and the capital committed, we need your know-how to get it built.

•     Two days a week to start, growing as the project takes off

•     Flexible and family-friendly, with our office in Bellingen. Working from home is welcome, with regular travel to the office.

•     Open to individuals, project management firms and building companies, and to experienced people who’ve stepped back from full-time work
