Get Involved

WWCLT is a community-driven, not-for-profit company - and we rely on local people and organisations to be part of it. Becoming a General Member means joining a network of people who care about affordable, community-led housing in the Bellingen Shire.

To be eligible, you’ll need to live locally or have strong ties to the area and support the purpose of the company. Members can be individuals or incorporated organisations (such as community groups).

General Members actively participate in General Meetings, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Special Resolution Meetings, and are eligible to nominate for Board positions.

Partner With Us

Partnerships are essential to the success of the Waterfall Way CLT. If you have professional skills in areas such as law, finance, planning, or community engagement, you might consider supporting our work on a pro bono or low bono basis. Specialist expertise helps us make sound, sustainable decisions — from governance and strategy to housing design and financial modelling.

We’re deeply grateful to our partners, such as the Siddle Family Foundation, whose contributions help make our work possible. If you’d like to explore partnership opportunities, please get in touch — we’d love to hear from you.

Registration of Interest

If you’re interested in becoming a potential Resident Member, the first step is to complete a Registration of Interest (ROI) form. Filling out the form doesn’t guarantee you a home and doesn’t commit you to anything - it simply adds your name to our list so we can keep you updated as housing opportunities arise. It also helps us understand what types and sizes of homes people are looking for, which is important for planning future projects.

Donating land is a transformative way to create lasting impact. Land contributions preserve community ownership, enable affordable housing, and ensure land remains a shared resource for future generations. A gift of land is more than a donation — it’s a legacy that helps shape a fairer, more sustainable future.
