Welcome to Waterfall Way CLT
We are local residents who care deeply about our community. We imagine a future where our towns & villages thrive, where everyone - regardless of income - has access to safe, secure, affordable & sustainable housing.
Together, we are working towards stronger, fairer & more connected communities across the Bellingen Shire.
About WWCLT
The Bellingen Shire & surrounding areas are experiencing a housing crisis & we’re committed to being part of the solution.
Waterfall Way Community Land Trust (WWCLT) is a not-for-profit company created by the Housing Matters Action Group with a clear purpose: to keep homes genuinely affordable for local people — not just today, but for generations to come.
Founded by 14 passionate community members, of whom have been working and volunteering since 2018 to turn this vision into reality, WWCLT is rooted in a tradition of community-driven action and innovative housing solutions.
By working together, we aim to build a future where everyone has access to secure, sustainable living thus ensuring our towns and villages remain vibrant, inclusive, and diverse well into the future.
By building on our region’s proud history of collaboration and creativity, we aim to ensure everyone has access to secure, sustainable housing — helping our towns and villages remain vibrant, diverse, and inclusive for generations to come.

Organisational Documents
About WWCLT
WWCLT is committed to transparency and accountability in everything we do. Here you’ll find key organisational documents—such as annual reports, strategic plans, policies, and impact assessments—that show how the CLT model works in practice.
These resources are shared to build trust with our local community and to support others exploring community-led housing solutions. Together, they demonstrate how a transparent, practical, and inclusive approach can turn the vision of permanently affordable housing into reality.
If you’re looking for plain English explanations of how the CLT model works or what’s in our Constitution, head to our Information Sheets & Resources section.
