We are in discussions with Bellingen Shire Council about Lot 1 Ferry St Urunga. We have asked Council to consider transferring the site to us so we can build six or seven two- and three-bedroom homes for local workers. The design will be environmentally sensitive and community focussed.
Some neighbours are concerned about potential development on this site. We engaged an ecologist, arborist and architect to provide advice. We will retain significant trees, support long-term biodiversity, and keep development light-touch.
