People who have previously lodged a Registration of Interest (ROI) to become a future resident of the Waterfall Way Community Land Trust are warmly invited to attend a short online briefing.
This 30-minute Zoom session will provide an update on the proposed Ferry Street demonstration site in Urunga, which is currently the subject of community consultation with Bellingen Shire Council. If approved, the site could deliver around six permanently affordable, environmentally responsible homes for local workers.
The session will include:
a short overview of the Ferry Street proposal
an explanation of how the CLT model works in our local context
an update on the current consultation process
time for questions.
